Refurbishments

Hi All... Well we have been closed for January and half of February due to having some minor refurbishments ....we have knocked a window shaped hole through to the Bakery so you can all see what's going on :) we have painted & had a huge amount of shelving installed as we had run out of space!. We are back open every day apart from Monday & will be open Monday's after easter. This is a great time for us to develop recipies and we have been testing our own creation : Double Chocolate Brownie with Caramel and Halen Mon/Anglesey Sea Salt with Vanilla..Yum!...also a Bakewell Slice made with homemade pastry seems to be a winner :). Cwmni Cacen Gri was nominated, shortlisted and finalists in Network She Awards held last Friday 7th Feb in Chester....we sadly didn't win but have two lovely certificates to put up.
